Course choice, booking and payment |

When do I need to book? |
|
| |
All bookings must be made at least one month in advance. |

Payment |
|
| |
If you are booking for 2 weeks or less, tuition fees and accommodation fees should be paid 100% in advance. You should effect your payment within one week of receiving your bill.
|

|
| |
If you are booking for 3 weeks or more, you should make a first down payment corresponding to at least 2 weeks of tuition and accommodation fees. You should effect this first payment within one week of receiving your bill.You should pay the remnant of the tuition fees and accommodation fees within one week of your arrival. |

Upon reception of your payment, we will send you an email including all accommodation and classes details. Please print out this email and take it with you, you will need to produce it upon your arrival at your accommodation place and at the school. |

Invoice |
|
| |
We will give you your detailed invoice on your first day of class. For any additional fees you might incurr (for ex. Additional private tuition or activities etc.), we will also give you a separate invoice. |

Booking changes and cancellation |
|
| |
If you need to change your booking contents, for example by modifying your classes content, by changing your arrival time or by canceling your booking, you should send us an email informing us at least one week before your scheduled arrival time. |
|

| |
In case you failed to notify us one week in advance, we reserve the right to refuse changes and/or refunds. |
